Vector Marketing, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcas Corporation, and the sole distributor of Cutco Cutlery, a high quality line of kitchen knives and accessories.

Vector on the Internet highlights some of the Vector Marketing press releases. Vector Marketing’s public relations efforts are handled out of our office in suburban Philadelphia. Cutco product public relations are handled out of the corporate headquarters in Olean, NY.

These core values provide the foundation for an exceptional student work program. A summer with Vector Marketing, or part-time work during the school year, builds confidence and interpersonal skills, in addition to time management, communication skills, and organizational abilities.

Approximately 85% of Vector Marketing’s sales force is comprised of college students working to finance their education. As CUTCO sales representatives they learn to build rapport, make presentations, assess and meet customer needs and overcome personal and professional obstacles – all while earning money for school expenses.
Cutco Cutlery has been manufactured in Olean, NY since1949, and has always been sold directly to the consumer through in-home demonstration. Since 1982, the sales function has been managed by Vector Marketing. Cutco and Vector Marketing together created a strong combination of exceptional products and a dynamic sales force that resulted in sales over 197 million in 2007 .
Cutco Cutlery, also an Alcas subsidiary, is a” Made in the USA” product and may be ordered as a set or individually. From the handle design “hand perfect” to the high carbon stain resistant steel, the finished Cutco product provides clean cuts and ease of use. In addition to our cutlery line, Cutco also offers a collection of sporting knives, pocket knives and a beautiful garden tool collection.
